PROTECTING VOLUNTEERS/ EVENT WORKERS
 Volunteers & event workouts should wear masks at all times
 Athletes in each heat should maintain 6 feet away from the next heat to prevent crowding
 No coaches nor fans on the field of play
 Coaches can coach from the outside of the chain link fence near their athlete’s event.
SPECTATOR EXPERIENCE:  We want you to cheer for your favorite athlete, but it will be from the stands & outside the field of play (no mixing)  Total capacity of the stadium will be limited to 50% to encourage social distancing.  Social distancing guidelines will be enforced by school staff and security officers:
 Maintain 6 feet between individuals/family groups; only family members may sit together.
 Every other row will be clearly marked off to assure social distancing between fans.
 Masks are expected while entering and exiting the stadium, moving around the stadium, and when social
distancing cannot occur.  Restrooms will be sanitized routinely during the track meet.  Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance of the stadium by request.  Concession stands selling professionally pre-packaged food will be available on the home side of Stadium.
 All concessions workers will wear face coverings and gloves at all times.
 Social distancing markers will be placed to ensure compliance.

TICKETING:

Starr’s Mill will use GoFan to provide digital ticketing. Tickets may be purchased online prior to the track or at the gate using card or mobile payments only. Fans must choose a “Starr’s Mill” ticket. And only sit on the home side.

GHSA passes will be accepted at each pass gate and Fayette County activity passes will be allowed at the home gate.
We expect you will comply with the safety protocols for everyone’s well-being and so we can have a state meet without a season cancellation.
